           This document has two items dealing with this topic. No. 440 was to conduct a special resource study about the preservation and the public use of sites about Harriet Tubman. No. 445 gives the proceedings to promote and make the public more aware of the history of the Underground Railroad. It increased financial assistance to the Freedom Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
